Hi mike,I was browsing your build log and am afraid to say that i dont think you should have fitted the balsa infills in the stem.I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I am almost certain the lower framework is exposed when the model is complete,if you go on deagostini passion,the italian site.Their build log is at week 40ish and shows the stem fitted and painted.

Hi Nigel as I have said to other members making the same observation, you are correct in what you say However the balsa infills have kept my stem straight and true.
