you do indeed have to glue the sides of the planks together, and take great care when you cut out the gunports, although I believe there will be ply sides on the sots, with gunports already cut out which will make the planking easier.that is why you shouldn't go steaming ahead with these part builds,I tend to be two to three weeks behind when I get to the planking.

Thanks Karl, i thought that might be the obvious solution, the bamboo planks seem pretty tough to cut through, i think i'll be using super glue to hold the planks together. thanks for the reply :)

You must glue each plank to the next plank as well as to the frames, which is mentioned in the official build..

ah i see, i had a look at the official build i guess i missed that part. Thanks for the advice dominic, i think i'll take it and used wood glue instead. As a note, i haven't made any decisions which aren't fixable :).

If it is a web page to enlarge text, pics etc (zoom in)
hold down "CTRL" key and press the "+" key
to zoom out "CTRL" and "-"
BigGrin Hope that helps (unless you have a Mac)

Thankyou Budgie will use that alot now.Unfortunately the dimensions were blurred when enlarged.Last time I tried to download the instructions the computer wouldn't let me but tried again last night and no problems,I have updated my laptop inbetween so that must have done the trick.
