Firstly thank you for your patience.

The cutaway elements (which were due to go with issue 120) have been severely delayed as you are all aware. However we have been advised that this is now all ready, and on its way to the UK. We do not have an exact delivery date for this yet but have been advised it should be with us in 2 to 3 weeks maximum.

This is the cutaway guns, and other build parts (wooden parts) and the final figurines.

As soon as we have firm dates the despatching out to both subscribers and retail customers will begin. We will advise on the forum and our customer services team will be notified. As soon as the stock arrives, we assure you that all despatches will commence.

Best regards

Admin.

I bet the suppliers feet are sore caus he must be walking all the way LOL LOL LOL Confused

Just in case you missed it...

Hi,

We anticipate receiving delivery of the HMS Victory Cutaway packs into the UK for packing around 31 Jan. The items will then be sent to the fulfilment house, and as such your despatches should be with you at some point in mid February, if not before.

We will have an update from our shippers towards the end of this week, so will update you as soon as we have the information.

Once again we apologise for the delay and inconvenience this has caused you.

Thanks

Admin

The last Admin advice was that they should be with customers in mid Feb, I have no update on this and have yet to see the pack for myself though believe it to be imminent..

All i can say regarding this is next week is Easter and that will be another excuse from Deagostini why we havent got the parts, last one I remember was the Chinese New Year LOL

Anyway I think your excuses are pathetic and this will be the last part works I will build with yourselves and I certainly will not be recomending your company to anyone.
