A very interesting piece albeit quite a scary prospect - thanks for posting Tom. 
I can just imagine the scene:
An insurgent sitting on a mountain in Afghanistan sees an air-to-ground missile approaching very fast from nowhere and hastily turns towards his mate called Rex and says ... "Do you think Taranis saw us Rex?"!!!
