Hi Admin,

I know you're busy sorting everyone out with updates on issues but I was wondering if you had an update as to when the paints/paint kit will be arriving in your shop?

Cheers ThumpUp

I think before they start offering more things for us to buy they need to get the logistics sorted out for the products they have already.

Personally I would really like a statement from the CS manager as to everything that is being done get things on track. The Admin is doing a great job but all they can do is fix the problems as they happen rather than stop them happening in the first place.

( sorry for Hijacking your thread)

I agree I personally wouldn't buy off of them at this time, as their ordering and dispatch systems are far too slow and cumbersome.

Cornwall model boats for instance offer a much quicker and straightforward service with most orders coming within a couple of days of ordering. In fact most genuine eBay traders will get goods to you within a couple of days !
