Good day fellow builders Just a short update of the build so far. I have attempted to maintain the same colours patterns throughout. You will notice that the coils are not all in line and of the same size. I did this purposely as I believe that sailors of the preiod would not all be inclined to be military perfect. I am currently busy with the roundhouses and attachments. Pics will follow shortly. Overview of the rope coils created for the below decks canons. [ ] View of the newly created companionway: [ ] View of the newly installed deck canons with rope coils: [ ] Same view a little further away: [ ] Rgds, Hans "It's okay to make mistakes. mistakes are our teachers - they help us to to learn, even if it is painfully" Current Build: Endeavour Cross section,D51 Completed: HMS Victory Under the bench: Endeavour x 2,Sovereign of the Seas, Akagi and The Black Pearl!HMS Victory Cross Section

Thank you for your kind words, Ian, Trevor, Mike and Alan. Well as promised a few pics of the Vic lit up. Unfortunately the pics do not do the effect justice however:- This is a view of the Captains cabin through an additional skylight that I installed for better viewing. I tried to show some of the interior furniture and decor. [ ] A view of the stern gallery in all its glory [ ] Starboard?? gallery [ ] A view of the cutaway and deck above [ ] I must admit one of my favourites the wheelhouse [ ] Top view looking from above, down through the deck [ ] Currently busy with the beakhead and shows the progress of the bulhhead with the knightheads in place. As you will notoce still plenty of cleaning up to do. [ ] [ ] [ ] Thats all for now, more pics to follow. thanks for looking in. All comments welcome. Good day fellow builders. A little out of sequence, the poop deck ladders. I added an extra stachion at the top of the ladders, as I thought it makes more sense from a support point of view. I also added the second row of wire supports purely beacause the holes were there. I do believe the final presentation looks ok. [ ] [ ] [ ] Thanks for looking in.
