Paid on March 27 2013.
I was very BigGrin to place an order for some of the enhancements.

On April 16 2013 you inform me my order has not shipped!
I am getting a little Angry .

The enhancements look like they are fantastic. I would love to get what I ordered. But if need be I will cancel the order if it does not ship soon.

Requested for a full refund as we no longer want to deal with this. We will just have to build it without your enhancements.

A real shame as your HMS Victory enhancements look very nice.
