mo check the beginning of the build all the info there.and thanks for the comments.

Current builds: SotS, USS Consitution, San Felipe, D51 loco, HMS Surprise, RB7, Arab Dhow, Jotika HMS Victory

Been through the first 20 posts, can't see any reference to the size, can't read the details on the box. I can see all the hours spent, lights, etc.

hi mo,if you look at post 28,5th.pic down,you will see deags vic next to caldercraft vic,it is 1/72 scale same as deags cross section vic.

I am resisting the temptation to start it until I have all the issues Karl!!! LOL

Only 15 to go now, but I have had a barrel upgrade made for it and also the correct idlers for the year made up! (ok so I did a little bit) LOL

Might give it a go if I finish my Surprise, I would like to do another Big Ship. Been thinking about getting drawings and scaleing up to twice the size, to make a monster, but I think the fittings would be a problem. Any views.

thanks mo,good luck on your monster,several have been done including a 1/8 scale.think it went on e-bay fore about £35,000.

a small update,finished one side of tiling,finished the gunport lining on same side,total hours 236 hours.

this is how I lined the gunports,first I marked the tubing,then used the fretsaw to cut them to size,then used 5x1mm. extended 1mm pass the front face of the tube, so that they lay 1mm. inside the gunport.

logged time so far 260 hours.
