hi all im building the hsm victory im new to this iv seeing some hull planking clamps on the internet are thay any good thanks

They are useful and do work,and great for where you don't want to use pins, though some builders prefer not to use them as they screw into the framework.

Model Shipways have a similar item which clamps to the frame rather than screws into it..http://www.modelexpo-onl...roduct.asp?ITEMNO=MX104
Can be found on eBay and some model ship outlets..
