That particular race always sticks out in my memory as in the 9 years I had known her it was the first time I ever heard my (at the time) 80 year old granny in law swear..my eldest son who was 4 at the time said "nanna that is a rude word,go & sit on the naughty step"...& she did  Juan Manuel Fangio had 2 nicknames..what were they & what did they mean? Everybody remembers the lovely green and yellow Lotus 49 of 1967 as being synonymous with the first F1 car to have a specially designed engine (the first Cosworth DFV) as a 'stress-bearing' structural part of the monocoque chassis, thus doing away with separate engine bearers. However, prior to that there were two other cars which incorporated the engine as a stressed part of the chassis. They were two different manufacturers but both used the same engine:
What two cars were they (manufacturer and 'type' number), what was the name of the engine used and who made it?

Seems to be no interest from anyone, so I'm just gonna give the answer then leave the next question open to whoever wants to take it - I'm too busy at the moment!!
The two cars were the Lotus 43 and the BRM P83 and they were both fitted with the very complicated and unreliable BRM H16 engine!!
Anybody who wants to have a go please feel free to set the next question, I'm outta here for a while - got better things to do!!

Hi Karl, the only thing I can think of is that it's the only banked 'oval' circuit - or part of it anyway - to have held an F1 race?
