Maybe if you had installed a sill under the windows it may have given you a line to work to but you can still just splice a piece on the end, a little bit of filler and a gentle sand. . I made mine off, ship and just kept dry fitting ,I found it easier that way instead of manouvering that big lug around. My gallery is still not fixed to the ship ,its only the rigging keeping it there. HMS Surprise
