FITTING THE GALLERY SIDE PANELS Now to the meat of the project. I fitted a small fillet to the side panels (at the point where the hull shape goes in at the waist:- MWG attached the following image(s): MWG BUILD DIARIES: HMS VICTORY, SOVEREIGN OF THE SEAS, SAN FRANCISCO II, HMS HOOD, HMS ENDEAVOUR LONGBOAT, HMS VICTORY X-SECTION, 007 DB5, NISSAN GTR, CUTTY SARK, RB7, AKAGI, BARK HMS ENDEAVOUR, HUMMER H1, MITSUBISHI ZERO.

FITTING THE SIDE GALLERY PANELS The tops of the Panels are dry fitted because I have alot more work on my Victory to do before I fit them permanently. Well thats all for this session, next time I will be fitting the Ballustrades in brass. PREPARING THE GALLERY ENHANCEMENT BRASS ETCH Hi again, the first job is to cut all the pieces from the brass fret, please use a sharp knife. PREPARING THE GALLERY ENHANCEMENT BRASS ETCH All the brass parts should now be prepared for painting, frist job is to remove all the grease by using Ladies nail varnish remover, please wear a mask and use outside as it has very strong fumes it is acetate. wipe all the brass with this then wash in warm soapy water. We can now spray our metal primer on the parts ----- but thats for next time. I will leave you with photos of the two products I have used.
