Hi AllBigGrin ,

Have what may be a minor problem(I hope),by the end of issue 24`s planking my lower and upper planks will meet at the bow, but in the mag instructions there is still a gap after the planking of issue 25.
I can only assume that I have not tapered the planks enough,so is this a case of removing planks and thinning then refitting, or, as this is only the base planking does it not matter?

Ideas/comments welcome,

Regards

Hi Derek, my build went the same way but if you have a look at my posts you will see how I just carried on to complete the first layer.... As long as it's covered and smooth then it won't be a problem after filling and sanding... Do need a good finish though before starting to apply the 2nd layer.... Good luck....

Regards

Alan
