Thanks for the comments lads
Well still doing the windows, bottom row to do and top row to renovate, at the mo I'm sick to my back teeth of em, so thought i`d try a few methods out on the balustrades, now the balustrades seem to fox everyone that tries them, as does the stern for that matter, think that the problem lies in the fact that no drawings seem to exist for it so its a matter of following the many photo`s, anyhow onto the balustrades, they are kind of square in shape and as they sweep across the stern the shape of the pattern follows the line of the curve this makes it very difficult as every one will be slightly different from the last one, so I've made two, one of the middles ones and one of the extreme edge ones
Just got my camera out and the battery is dead, so post the picas tomorrow ...

well camera up to speed, so here`s a pic of mark 1 of the balustrades, still need work but I`m happy with the effect, may all end in tears if I keep carving. As you can see the outer one`s are cut to suit the curve of the stern, (just to make it simpler) willz attached the following image(s):

it is indeed Alan, just done a mark 2 altered scale and added another line and it rolled in at just over 3 hours so multiply that by 138 = 414 hours, Karl does ships in that time, heres the pic of the 3 hour mk2 balustrade willz attached the following image(s):

MWG wrote:Hi willz, do you mean total 138 for stern panel and side panels? Kind regards Mike just the stern Mike, the side ones are a long way off, its a tricky piece to do with the lack of detailed drawings, for instance just looking at the balustrades you`d think that the bottom ones are bigger but its an optical illusion they are the same size in height and width
