Hi All, I have subscribed to SOTS and Victory,so my question about binders is this: Publicity on both subscriptions say binders will be sent at regular intervals, but I`m up to issue 29 on Sots(nearly two full binders)and no sign of second binder, so do I have to order them or will I receive it soon?. Not to worried about the Victory yet as only up to issue 9, but would be nice to know if others are receiving binders or ordering them. I am now more confused than ever, as when I posted a binder issue on "improvements/errors" people have received binders before they needed them  . On this post people are getting them when they have enough issues to fill the binder. Perhaps Mr T/Admin could verify the correct info for binder delivery,please!
