hi just wondering about the rows of planks in this issue will it not make sides were no ribs support a weak point or am i missing something that as not been issued yet

You are correct in understand that part of the planks is unsupported by ribs and falls way above them.
In 35 the levels are cut to give the final heights, which is lower than where they will be at the end of 34, and is done so just to ensure that everyone ends up with enough height.
