Tried to log on this morning to my Subscription, only to be told by my computers internet security, that this site cannot be trusted and promptly shut me out.

After investigating the cause of this I found out that DeAgostini Security Certificate expired on the 31st May at 00:59.

Perhaps DeAgostini would like to offer an explanation as to why this should have happened. After all, there is sensitive information stored in your subscription, to which any decent hacker would be be to obtain with the right know how.

Strongly suggest, if you get the same message as me, you come back out and contact DeAgostini.

Dave.

Current Build: Le'Astrolabe.

There is obviously a general issue here which they will need to resolve.

PLEASE -- let's not have everybody posting replies along the lines of 'me to', let's give them tomorrow as a working day to resolve this! The subscription data at their end will be secure and hopefully they can renew the security certificate very quickly.

Two words people ...Dont panic....it's not an issue or a problem..(like Mike T says just give it a day)..they just have to re-boot the security...(among other things i'm a p.c engineer)....and if the security shuts down so does outside acess...BigGrin BigGrin BigGrin
