Turret is now finished ready for primer. I have used Friul tracks for the spare links on the side of the turret.

Very nice work indeed, very neat and tidy and it looks like a superb kit - I'm sure you'll do it justice!!

This part was wheelie tedious!! All the wheels are now prepped and the tyres sanded with coarse sand paper to make them look worn. The front 2 outer wheels will not be used so PE lock rings have been fitted. This was a common sight on Tigers in battle. There are also 2 wheels without tyres to show damage that was acquired in battle.

Killed 2 birds with one stone, so while I was painting the 1:16 Tiger I gave this its base colour as well!!
