Rudder fitted and tidied up attention was then turned to the task of the gallery bottoms. Did,nt have a clue on these so I winged it best I could and tried to add a bit of 3D to the printed gallery.

More update time again guys. New flag boxes installed and one of the lamps made. Not very happy with these lamps but its all I got so they are going back on. The stand Rob is only borrowed cos I have built the supports for the real stand into the keel BigGrin

Some of the all new deck fittings now installed. Stalled a little bit at this stage but I got a tiger back in the tank and got stuck in. Cost to date, still only £40 or so. BigGrin

Update time again. Been making the first of the larger hammock stays amongst other things. This is before the fiddly bit of attaching the netting and yes Rob I have used the finer stuff you so kindly supplied. BigGrin

Hi there Virtue, dead easy way is to sink her in the bath and if it is wood glue it will fall apart, but the pitfalls are too much water and the risk is there of warping the keel and ribs so take care. Update again guys, got the boat davits installed and supported. Made my own little hinges for them out of spare gunport hinges and chainwale anchors. They do the job ok.BigGrin

Hi Moriarty,BigGrin

This is looking good. I think it`s now past a renovation with the work you have managed on this, it now looks like a new build, only due to your skill and vision.

WTG mate.
