Every stormtrooper I have come across or seen looks like they were fresh out of training! All of them box fresh and Daz white! Lol, this trooper on the other hand, looks as they should of in the films, battle fatigued and looking like a real soldier! Keep it up, best looking stormtrooper out there!

Very nice result Spencer and definitely better than the original 'bleached' look! Nice weathering as well, not too much, not too little - a cool model, well done mate!!CoolThumpUp

PS - Liking the look of your 'Iron Man' models as well, keep up the good work!!ThumpUp

Cheers Kev BigGrin i'm actually learnig a lot of techniques with the weathering etc and thought I would ad some stuff I had lear'nt on other models of past on some of these and pretty happy with the results... I took a dremel to the iron man to give him that beaten look which could have gone horribly wrong!! Crying

Very very nice the weathering works really well - that Lucus fella could learn a lot about how a stormtrooper should look BigGrin Cool

Fully agree with all the above comments, the weathering effects are amazing!
Don't be too hard on old George Lucas though! Don't forget in his universe Stormtrooper armour is there to do a very important job - keeping Stormtroopers alive! OK, it's not that good at it judging by the films BigGrin but it's job is to deflect glancing blows from energy based weapons and it's only going to do that if it's a shiny 'Daz' white! A Stormtrooper cut off from supplies on campaign may well end up looking like this brilliant work of art but every other Trooper would replace his armour with a new set after every engagement. After all our modern army's ballistic body armour is replaced with new sections after any battle damage!

Still looks flaming good though! Well done Cool
