If you read your subscription , you will notice it says the first delivery is always two issues, then the next ones are 4 issues....

I didn't start from issue one. And my invoice says for the issues I didn't get "out of stock". No I haven't spoken to customer service

Shane, whilst I sympathise with you the first stop for any problems has to be Customer Services, the forum just isn't designed for this type of thing. If you get no joy then try pm'ing admin, but unless you have tried cs first they will not be able to help.

I picked up issue 13 yesterday, still waiting on issue 7. Looks like this is still a major issue which isnt being fixed, if anything getting worse. looks like they have made their buck overseas and the aussie market is an after thought. They will quickly lose buyers interest until the point we will all be selling odds and ends to each other so some of us have all the parts. thinking ebay will be my only option to get my missing parts.

Any out of stock issues will be resolved and is as a result of the series being very popular. You need to consider that more parts need to be made and magazines printed, which is a not a quick turn round as you might think.

Australia is a full launch of the series via retail and subscription, but here in the UK it is subscrpition only, so how can the aussie market be an afterthought when in fact Australia is first thought!

I've had a delay in my deliveries lately.
Tried getting hold of CS but no response as yet.
Hopefully I get the email saying my issues have left the depo tomorrow

Still amped though!

Yes, the series must be mega popular here in Oz.
As they confirmed what tomick was saying.

Parts on back order... Everything should fall into place soon
