hi all My issues and tool kit have arrived and i checked everything and would you believe the last part of the keel was snapped where the mizzen mast step is I phoned customer services and they are sending a replacement I laso asked if packaging for these parts could be little more rugged ie in a cardboard box after all we will have paid well over £700 by the time we have everything plus our time and effort my comments have been passed onto head office peter

My keel was also snapped at junction of pts 30/31. I have glued it though and I don't think it will be a problem as it will be well supported by other pieces, but you are right, better care should be taken with fragile parts. Hate to think what will happen to the strakes en route Jimmy L.
current builds : Lancaster 1/32 (Hachette) Revell USS Kearsarge Titanic Lifeboat
I started off with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
