this is the latest finished display case that I have been asked to build, it measures 57 inches long by 12 inches high and is 15 inches wide, a narrower version would be ideal for ships like the Hood, Bismark & Akagi

I can check tomorrow, about the max length of the bender, I seem to remember bending 63 inches before now but it may go a little longer.
height and width is not a problem. it can of course be made with square edges at the size you want, but for looks and strength people tend to prefer the rounded edges. we`ll see tomorrow.
