Mark Webber is set to quit F1 at the end of this season to concentrate on racing for Porsche in Le Mans!:

So, who will partner Vettel next year? I think it will very likely be Kimi Raikkonen or one of the two Red Bull apprentices at Toro Rosso, most likely Jean Eric Vergne.
