Jase, I now have the Pontos Etch which has really nice Booms included. So I probably won't be using the German ones, so if you want them, you can have them FOC. Let me know.

Yes of course no problem Jase, PM me your address and I'll pop them in the post, it would be great for them to go to a good home, rather than gathering dust here. As for the Pontos set, it's very, very impressive, particularly for things like the Masts, Catapult, Crane etc. But I've not spent a lot of time with it, as I'm currently concentrating on the SOTS. I'm just waiting to see what they come up with for the advanced set.

Lovely work as always Jase and I admire you for sticking at it with all this etch work mate, most of which looks very tiny and it's bad enough when using just ONE set of etched parts, but cross matching with several manufacturers' products on a very detailed build such as this one must be an absolute nightmare for you - I take my hat off to you!!
I reckon you'll be a fully qualified Micro Surgeon by the time you've finished this build? Keep up the great work mate!?

Hi, No I dont but i have managed to get a number of pics from the book which was very handy when detailing the funnel. I am keeping my eye out for it but as you say seams to be out of stock possibly out of print at the moment. “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain

Christopher Hi Christopher thanks for looking in. i did consider lighting her, but have decided not to. There are a couple of other build diaries for this kit on Modelspace maybe one of the Andy's might oblige? no pressure “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain
