Received mine yesterday. Sadly part of the keel was broken, is repairable though, don't fancy waiting another few weeks for a replacement I agree with the other posts on here, the packaging is terrrible. Tool kit nicely packed in a card board box will give them that, but then just to throw the magazines & components into a plastic postal bag is asking for trouble. Come on DeAgostini you could do better

got mine yesterday, luckly nothing damaged in bag If tools cost is in with subs surely a box for some issues cannot be that expensive, other subs companies use boxes to deliver at same cost per issue as this one

captainalan wrote:still have not recieved mine yet 7,8,9,10 and toolbox Still the same here. Checked my subscriptions & 7, 8, 9, 10 plus toolbox was sent on 4th of June. They still have NOT arrived after 11 days. Also the the magnifying glass was sent on the 11th. So if the magnifying arrives first, there's definitely some gone on during transit. Phoned the switchboard this morning & was told to wait 'till the end of the week and phone if nothing have yet to arrive. So how come a lot of you got yours whilst myself & captainalan are still waiting?
