Hi all, Can anyone point me in the right direction for copper tilling the Rudder please, I have looked on the official build but I can't find it. Thank' all, Glen Roger the Cabin Boy

Tomik's official build did not include tiling. It is a bit tricky but use the same process that you use for the hull. I painted mine Copper first then tiled from the bottom up. the little cut out sections for the hinges i left untiled but copper painted.

Thanks Jase ,so the edge where the hinges go, that's the rounded part that fit into the pintles, there is no need to tile that just paint copper Roger the Cabin Boy

I did tile the rounded edge just left the gaps where the hing pin sits. another dificult part is the two little steps on the profile. but if you look at the real ship this is not tiled it is coverd in tar, so you could paint that plack and leve it.
