I managed to find in stock and purchase the victory paint set from the store. The money has gone from my account but no paints  and no email or contact saying order completed or dispatched  Can admin help or anyone shed any light on this for me

Yeh Admin, come on. Comic isn't the first to raise this question. I, too, am in the same situation! And i don't think we are the only ones.  How many more have had the funds taken but no confirmation and no paints.  Any comments???

hello
yes the funds have gone, i have mentioned this in other threads and customer services have told they will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
but that was some time ago. but i still think they should have told us they were out of stock themselves as soon as it happened.and not let us pay for them and have to chase everthing up. steve

Hi all. Further news on ths topic! I have just rung Customer Care about this and they inform me that mine were dispatched on the 7th June  If this holds true for others who have had their money taken for the order, then OUR PAINTS ARE ON THEIR WAY!!!!

I have ordered some bits from there shop in the past. I ended up phoning them nearly everyday to get it sorted. i have now decided that i will order the things i need from somewhere else as they seem to, take the money and then do not deliver.. Every thing is out of stock it seems to me and they then hold the money for a month so they get intrest on it in there account.. then credit you back your money.. this is what i think i could be wrong... LETS BUILD AND BUILD
