Hi everyone,
this year i went to Goodwood's festival of speed and i would like to recommend it to all motor enthusiasts in this forum. I had the best weekend so far this year after meeting legendary car and motorbike riders from today and in the past, i felt like i had to spread the word of how fntastic the festival of speed is. i got to see some great cars and bikes including the car i built in 1/8th scale, the McLaren MP4-23.
these are some pictures to show some of the highlights from the weekend, i hope you enjoy...

we found Lewis Hamilton in his Mercedes garage, we were lucky to find him as we just went to have a look then ended walking away with an autograph

and again we found Max Chilton in his Marussia garage and came away with autographs

at trip up to the top of Goodwood hill and we met motorbike legend Freddie Spencer

the only man to be successful in Formula 1 and motorbikes, John Surtees came to Goodwood

Jenson Button came to see his fans at the top of the hill

Lewis Hamilton drove the Mercedes MGP W02 to the top

Sergio Perez seemed to enjoy his first visit to the Festival of speed

the beautiful McLaren MP4-23 came to the top

i hope you enjoyed the selection of photos i have, i really do recommend the Goodwood festival of speed and if you do decide to visit the festival next year then saturday is the best day to meet the biggest drivers and riders:)
