Stage 25 - Contains the front shock mount, upper & lower bulkheads and drive parts.

Take the lower half of the differential case and fit the differential assembled at Stage 24.

Slide two bearing onto the diveshaft, fit the assembly into the diff case, apply grease to the gears, then fit the case top.

Secure the drive cup to the diff shaft then adjust the drive cup 'play' as shown.

Position the front shock stay, then secure it with four screws.

This completes this stage.

Stage 26 - Contains the front suspension fittings.

Fit the various screws into the diff case as shown, then fit the lower suspension plate and holder.

Fit the front suspenion holder onto the bulkhead plate, then fit the plate onto the diff case assembly as shown.

Take the steering plate, collars, washers and allen screws, and assemble them onto the servo saver parts as shown.

Secure the diff unit to the chassis with four 4x16mm screws, for now they will sit proud until further parts are added later on.

This complets this stage, carefully store the steering assembly.

Stage 27 - Contains the front lower suspension arms and hub carriers.

Identify the left and right suspension arms and hun carriers. Fit the corresponding parts together to make two suspension units.

Fit an E-ring onto one end of both suspension shafts. Secure the suspension arms onto the diff case using the shafts then fit an E-ring at the opposite end.

This completes this stage.

Stage 28 - Contains the front upper suspension arms and fittings.

Assemble the upper suspension arms as shown. Ensure that the suspension arm gap is equally set at 3mm.

Fit the arms in place and secure as shown.

This completes this stage.

Despatch 08 contains:

29 - Diecast left front hub and gear parts.

30 - Left front hub reduction gear parts.

31 - Diecast right front hub and gear parts.

32 - Right front hub reduction gear parts.

Stage 29 - Contains diecast left front hub and reduction gear parts.

The assembly of the front wheel hubs similair to the assembly of the rear hubs, with the exception that the front hubs have a diecast metal inner case and have steering arms.

Assemble the left hub as before then set aside for the next stage.

Stage 30 - Contains the left front hub reduction gear parts.

Complete the assembly of the left hub as before.

Take the drive shaft, knuckle collars and allen screws.

Identify the correct orientation of the knuckle collars, then fit the hub into the left hub carrier and add the drive shaft between the drive cups.
Fit a knuckle collar into the upper hub carrier hole and secure with an allen screw into the hub. Repeat on the underside.

This completes this stage.

Assemble the right hub in the same way you assembled the left hub, then set aside for the next stage.

Stage 32 - Contains right front hub reduction gear parts.

Complete the assembly of the right front hub as before, then fit the hub into the right hub carrier as before.

Your Hummer chassis now has all four wheel hubs fitted.

Despatch 09 contains:

33 - Bodywork framework.

34 - Side panels, window panel and rear panel.

35 - Front & rear roof and body pin.

36 - Main drive shaft, bearing pin and an E ring.
