Does anyone know if there is such a kit / partworks of a WW2 battleship made with metal bulkheads and hull sheeting. I guess it can be done as per the brilliant zero build, same type of thing with a thin sheet aluminium skin. Maybe a future release, HMS Belfast in metal and wood Steve

Hi Steve I havent seen such a model but there may be someone who knows if there was, but i cant see it as cost would be great unless some one has scratch built a model but that would be a 1 off regards Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Like the idea, but no such beast Steve and would be costly by comparison of plank on frame

I think it would be a great partwork though, are you saying it would be too costly due to the increased ammount of bulkheads and skin as compared to the zero build? Steve
