I purchased your victory panit set, it said it was in stock. Money taken from bank on 2 june NOTHING arrived yet  Can you please let me know when it was shipped incase lost in post Thanks.

Deagostini always quote 14 days delivery and that's from when they post the item not when the order is placed! From past experience it usually does take 14 days+ for goods to be received. There are numerous threads on this forum complaining about this. Follow my build to learn how to make firewood

hello admin i like many others are waiting for the paints to arrive and the magnifying glass,please just post a message for all of us to read about the progress of when we can expect delivery, then we won't all be annoying you with the same old questions ( just took one of capt stedders chill pills )steve
