Hi Martyn
Epoxy is by far the best adhesive for the job.You need to roughen the back of the casting a little and I scratch a small area in the middle of where the casting sits on the hull.For awkward castings I have used epoxy and left a couple of corners without epoxy and used thick cyano on these.The cyano holds the casting in place while the epoxy cures properly.
