Thanks for the encouragement it has paid off so it was worth it and that is part of the reason to plating the lower hull as it will hide most of it. I probably rushed to much in the beginning instead of stepping back and double checking what I was doing, but thats what makes this fun! Ongoing Builds Deag HMS Victory Deag Soveriegn of the Sea

it certainly is just a matter of realising what mistakes you made then learning how not to do it, spent a lot of time studing thhe build diaries on here than praticing a little bit. Ongoing Builds Deag HMS Victory Deag Soveriegn of the Sea

Hi Calv The Forum is here so people can make the best of there builds by having a mammoth source of information and help from builders with more expeirience that can help the more novice builders get a result they can be proud of. With out the forum i think a lot of unexperienced people would have given up a long time ago also the only builds that i know have failed are those that have been destroyed by pets or nephews almost all other problems have been solved by help from some one on here. Ok steps down from soap box, looks like a cracking build coming together there regards Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Well the upper planking has now been completed and so far I am quite pleased withit. Its going to be painted finnish, also the copper tiles have finnaly arrived that is one job I'm not really looking forward to but should look great. I thought that you would get some form of instructions with the tiles to show roughly in what way they are laid. Ongoing Builds Deag HMS Victory Deag Soveriegn of the Sea
