Hi All! A new 1:72 plastic model of MV-22B Osprey, a tiltroter transport was released from Hasegawa Co. on July 20th, 2013 in Japan. As for the Osprey plastic models of Italeri company, 1/48 and 1/72 scaled models are also released at this time. Because they are based on a trial manufacture type Osprey, some details are different from the mass production type. For example, Rotor blades are pointed out that they are slightly long if it is said forcibly. This new Hasegawa's kit is based on the mass production type from 1994. It has two decal sets. Since the one is for VMM-265 U.S Marines M.C.A.S Futenma 2012 of Okinawa, Japan, we can make such type of the Osprey. Hi Andy! Thank you for a comment on my post. I've finished　building Osprey. It took two weeks for me to do it. I may be able to do it shorter, but I have to work.  Since it is so small model that I hesitate to attach its photos on the Gallery  , I attached the photos here.
