 Andy, you are a STAR...what a find. I think a lot of us will find this absolutely essential viewing. I've only looked at the planking tutorial for now, but it makes it easier to understand.  Brilliant find!!!!

I found the same site a while ago but to watch the video's you have to pay $45 c.a.d. Which isn't to bad. considering the amount of video's. I managed to get hold of one on doing quick seizings, here is the link. If this is what the rest are like then well worth the subscription.Zip Seizings. On the bench 1/350 Revell Tirpitz Platinum Edition (Pontos PE and Wooden deck) plus extra Eduard PE set and extra MK1 door sets.

yes this site is invaluable for every aspect of modeling,I recommend it to all.a word of warning,his english is a bit off,I think he is french canadian?but well worth the subs.
