Well its taken a while and been a journey. My first attempt at a build of this magnitude is finally complete

I give thanks to all those who have taken the time to post hints tips and general advise on this forum and have taken the oppourtunity to add a few of my own.

Special mentions :-

Mr T for the build diary. The magazine instructions could have been more comprehensive at times and their where some errors

My Wife for putting up with the bad language, short temper and mess

My kids for putting up with obligation to say "well done Dad" when shown the current stage of build over the last 2 years.

I now have to construct a display case and will be using some Oak I have purchased on EBay (There are other auction sites) For the glazing I will be using 4mil toughened glass. I did think of perspex but surprisingly the glass is cheaper ???!!!!

Pictures attached

PS

I have been stockpiling the parts for the Hummer and will shortly be starting that project. I look forward to the fact that the Hummer Build does not include any rigging
