My shock from issue #4 leaked first time i assembled it, pulled it apart and found the 2 orings and star clip has popped out which seals the shaft in the shock body and cant for the life of me get them to clip back in, anyone else had this problem?

Hi Wadeo Try turning the star washer so its not clipping into the same space as it was origonaly inserted this generally cures this problem Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

your not the only one its happened to, for the life of me i cannot get mine back together either. i was told to request a new issue 4 but i have not heard back from customer relations.... i have been waiting 7 weeks for another faulty issue to be replaced, so dont expect a fast resolution. Also have the screw pack from issue 30 missing. Starting to get frustrating i tell ya!

It could be that they were out of stock. It might be an idea to phone c/s to check that they received your request.

if i do not get a reply soon i will try phoning them....
Wadeo i suggest you do the same and ask for a replacement. Obviously a few of these shockies slipped through the quality control.

Quickest way is to phone.
Once they are pre-asembled it is impossible to tell if a few have slipped the net until the rest of the assembly is completed by the customer, and considering the 1000's that have been produced, there are bound to be a few that slip the net.
