Just a little update - Coming to the end of issue 85 now and have some missing parts, only the second time this has happened so no real complaints, called customer service and they will have a new issue on its way. The parts are the decorative arches that go above the pillar of the forcastle bulkhead wall. I have made a slight change to the instructions for this part, instead of placing all the parts onto the already planked bulkhead I have made a new one up from a template so I could do the work on the bench instead of the ship, mainly to keep it simple and i was also able to make a neater job of it. I planked a piece of card with 3mmx0.5mm strips and it was then also a simple matter to cut out one of the windows to have it open instead More to come soon. stevie_o attached the following image(s):

Jase Hi Jase, Well I wont be using the wooden parts supplied, I know this for certain as I have completely ruined them Im thinking about something I have seen lurking in my wifes craft supplies, it's a kind of coloured foam in sheets of varying thicknesses, that's if I can find it. I remember on your build you used plastic sheet, this is also a possibility - i'll have to look for some plastic containers in the recycling bin Steve

Thankyou Foz, I have now installed the roundhouses and bulkhead wall - I used thin plastic for the roundhouse decoration, the metal decorations over the pillars were missing from issue 85 so rather than make these I will wait for my replacements and install them later.
