Are you going to be painting the whole thing or taking an opportunity to show of some of the metalwork?

I think I would like to paint it fully in factory condition. The plan is to give it to my daughter for her 18th as she is a Spitty fanatic and so far all I have made for her are 1/72 plastics and 1/48 hybrid.

I am looking to paint mine when the time is right....one of the reasons i have not put the wheels together yet, as i want to paint them, but thought it best to do it before they are glued inside the tyre.
