Hi, Ok fun stuff aside it was time to get back to the serious side of the build... .. Finished issue 61 (with the exception of cannons), got more ornamentation fitted to the side gallery.... .. Will look to give it a coating of lacquer tomorrow to give it added protection... .. Weekend I may just make a start on making up the cannons while waiting for the next issue to be released.... Happy building all... Regards Alan Gandale attached the following image(s):

Hi Alan, Stern looks cracking WTG, The figurines aint that bad for a first go, I`d be quite happy with that. I got one small problem with one of my figures (one leg missing below the knee), got to make him a 1:72 wooden peg leg. The parrot is gonna be a real trial Happy Building. Hey Delboy, why not just paint a few tiny spots of white on his shoulder and bend his head back a bit so he's looking upwards! Looking really good there Alan (though I'm still not entirely convinced she didn't have a rotating anti-aircraft turret stuck up on the stern! I don't think the first Eddystone Lighthouse was that big!) Keep it up M8, beautiful! Robin First wooden ship: The Grimsby 12 Gun 'Frigate' by Constructo Second: Bounty DelPrado Part Works Third: HMS Victory DelPrado Part Works 1/100 scale Diorama of the Battle of the Brandywine from the American Revolutionary War Diorama of the Battle of New Falkland (unfinished sci-fi), Great War Centenary Diorama of the Messines Ridge Assault Index for the Victory diary is on page 1
