Will have to check mine, got it from post office today and the box really rattles - won't be able though until I'm back home in the evening.

Mine looks ok although I did notice a spring in my magazine. After finding this I checked around the floor where I opened the parcel and found a washer. I guess a bag has split or something but hopefully everything is there.

I will find out tomorrow evening when I get a chance to build the first stage.

Scratch that, pretty much all of the smaller acrylic parts in my box are snapped and damaged.

Will have to wait a little longer to start the build I guess...

Given how delicate these parts look I think simply being in a cardboard box with no bubble wrap or anything was quite inadequate.

Update: Example of damage in my pack Crying

I had one of the small acrylic parts snapped in half, but I managed to fix it with a bit of glue. After screwing together it seems to be quite sturdy and doesn't look threatening in any way. One of the small bags with screws was empty, and even though I managed to find all screws and nuts in the box, about 8 of the washers, thanks to being flat and thin, managed to find their way to freedom somewhere on the way. I had just enough of them to screw together everything but the lower and upper table bases. Some washers from eBay have been ordered, so that last step is not far from being completed too.

Dear DeAgostini, I think you have enough negative feedback by now to improve packaging with the next shipment. This partwork is way too expensive for such things to be allowed to happen.

Had the pack 02 delivered yesterday and happy to say, packed very well and nothing was broken. Built already too, for now the most challenging part was pulling the protective paper off the acrylic...

Had exactly the same problem - got the parcel last Thursday and the large pulley and grub screw were missing. It looks like a wider packaging problem, not the part lost in transit. Reported last week and was promised it will be resent Monday so 5 days ago - still waiting but from experience I know it may take longer. I wouldn't chase until its at least 2 weeks since shipped.

I have the same problem and although there was no bubble wrap it seems the item was never in the box. Looking at my box there was no hole big enough for it to fall out of. Looking forward to fitting the pulleys as issues aside this has been really fun to build so far. :)
