Hi Dustin,
I am in the same boat (need Jaguar months 17 to 24). They tell me that month 17 is still backordered and cannot send me the rest until that is resolved. Has been that way for a long time.

I just sent Mark a PM with my last order number and my shipping address. The order number seems to change with each order, so hopefully full name and shipping info is enough, because that's all I've got. There is no logging into any account any more now that the original website is gone. Any help sorting this would be appreciated -Dustin

Hey Matt, not yet, but I think I finally found my subscription number, written on a piece of paper in a drawer. I provided it to Glenn, so we'll what happens. I've noticed the GT40 is available again, so I suppose that is a good sign that all hope is not lost. -Dustin

After many many months, calls, emails, etc...I have never heard anything more from DeAgostini (other than "someday" they will fulfill their orders). I think I have given up and will write this kit off as me getting ripped-off for the many hundred dollars that I had invested in it. Sorry, but supply chain issues are no longer believable...it been well more than a year.
Disappointing, and I will not be buying from DeAgostini again and will recommend that others do not either. I truly feel that they have never intended to fulfill the back-order and are hoping folks eventually just give up as I have. Might be the worst customer service that I have ever encountered
Good luck to others still holding out hope that DeAgostini will meet their commitments.
