hello hopefully admin will see this, many people have now checked there subscription to find there is no mention of the magnifying glass,so on behave of all that still have not received there's ( like me )please look into this please

also i have ordered and paid for the victory paint set before the site went down and i have heard nothing since.

I've tried asking numerous times in teh original archive thread about the magnifying glass. With no reply by admin at all

I've got my magnifier, the only trouble is you need another to see it.Confused I hope you all will not be disappointed after waiting this long.Blushing Mine has been stowed until we get to paint the crew. Sorry I did use it for the cannon.Bored I only hope the toolkit arrives with the next 4 issues scheduled any day now.Mad I need it to get on with the "inbetweeny" 'cos this kit is taking to long.Bored I calculate I could build the whole fleet, theirs and ours, before Victory is finished.LOL

Also no magnifier,i have got one and have never found a use for it yet,so dont get too disapointed.

Not the point - point is we are supposed to get one and yet we haven't

I still haven't got mine and more to the point

WHY IS THE ADMIN SEEMINGLY IGNORING OUR POSTS ABOUT IT??????

This is the second set of posts yet still no word from the admins, however they have been on here and obviously seen as they have moved all the posts about archiving them all...................

I am still waiting for a replacement for the magnifying glass and stand which was sent minus the magnifying glass. Customer services say they have sent me 2 replacements, none of which have arrived!

finally got answer about magnifying glass,this is what they had to say.

At last when I've checked my subscription today it said on the "11/06/2010 Sent: Magnifier". So the stock must have arrived at the warehouse.

Hi all

Sorry for only picking this thread up now Blushing

I spoke with the warehouse yesterday and was assured that all customers that should have been sent the magnifying glass and all that should have been sent the tool kit, had now had these sent, albeit not necessarily together (combined with the issues, the parcel would be to heavy for Royal Mail, so we split it down into two parcels).

Thanks Son of Bulwark for confirming you can see it within 'My Subscriptions'. If any one cannot see it in there, drop a post on this thread and I'll follow up with Customer Services.
