this week,only the hold cover to make-up,I've deviated a little,and used mitre joints on the framework.thenused danish oil to stain.

I agree just got next 4 copies thier spreading it out to much.
To many problems with this build for the price.

Just to let you know I got plans for the challenger I asked you about,
got them from original designer.

hi bodge,never a truer word said in jest,I refuse to give up,I must be mad,but as for any future projects from eaglemoss FORGET IT!I will interpret to my own taste,but in a warped sort of way I am enjoying building it,
footnote,my supplier hasn't been able to get last weeks issue as of yet.and the hood,maclaren either,so very edgy at the moment.

upto issue 38, loads of work this week,4 yes four hinges to assemble,got a real sweat on this week,(hope eaglemoss will see this.)last week was another hatch cover to make.took me all of an hour.

issue40.can't believe it's 9months into build,and the planking is still not done,this week trim on the ships waist both fore and aft.I used 2x4mm mahogany strip for this,and 2x2mm.mahogany for the tiller opening.
