Hi All Making steady progress now. The basic engine bay cover has been completed along with the step just behind the bridge. The three exhaust stack for the engines also go onto this section along with some other stuff. So I made up some moulds for a left and right front and centre rear exhaust mounts. In the pictures the exhausts are just placed in position without the mounts as the moulds are still setting. Still have the servo cover to build and the rudder box cover. I have also started adding some deck furniture to the bow namely the rails, hatch, mooring, anchor rope guides and storage. More soon. Regards Andy arpurchase attached the following image(s): Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Hi All The moulds were a success and I now have a left, right and centre exhaust stacks completed the Swan-morton knife is there to give an idea of scale, at the moment they are just placed on the centre deck section to give an idea of how they will look, this is the same for the binicle and ammo box. Next more detail was added to the engine cover like the central deck walkway and the cross over walkway and another hatch. On the Skullcap the anti-slip strips have been added along with the bow deck and engine cover decks this was made from cutting plasticard strips with engine footplate pattern moulded on it . Last of all I made up the bow gunpit railing although I may redo this again as im not happy with the shape at the rear. The last couple of pics show one of the torpedo tubes and it in place but not glued yet to give an idea of what it will look like, the deck really is straight its the camera angle making it look like its dipping. More soon. Regards Andy arpurchase attached the following image(s): Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
