Jan the detail packs are my intellectual property the pictures contained inside were taken by me. I do not wish for you to distribute them and do not take kindly to deciding you can do this without my permission. I wish to control the use of my pictures. those who have used my pictures within the forum have all asked permission permission first.

Please note I have now fully caught up with the distribution of my detail packs. I have recently changed my computer to an Apple Mac and needed to ensure the content of the packs was still sound before sending. sorry for the delay.

Again I have had a couple of failed emails so if you have not received but have requested then please re send your email ensuring it is spelt correctly.

Packs are always available and I tend to send out at the weekend.

Thanks Cool

Hi Jase,
I am glad to hear you are up and running again.
The reason I proposed to redistribute your packs was to ease you from distributing detailpacks while you were "busy" with your family business, and to shorten the time others have to wait for your packs.
I was not intended to break your copy rights on your splendid photographs.
Everyone in this forum knows it is your product and your property.
When you think I did something illegal, I apologize. That was not my intention.

There appears to be a renewed interest in detail packs for Victory. It takes some time to email out the 15 PDF documents as I have to do it 3 at a time due to size. So I will be sending them out every other sunday or when I have 5 people wanting packs, whichever is soonest.

Thanks and happy modelling Cool

Jase,

I've not read through the whole thread and it may have been mentioned previously but have you considered uploading to one of the free file sharing sites? You should be able to control who gets access by password and it would save you sending all those emails.

Hi Graham,

Thanks for the advice. Yes I have explored that as an option. However I am not happy with the typical Terms and Conditions on these sites that effectivly transfers intelectual property to the site owner. I prefer to retain title of my work incase I decide to publish some or part of this work in the future.

Thanks

Jase, try dropbox,it's totally under your control, you install it on your pc & drop files you want to share, generate a link to it & either send the link via email,pm or just post it up on a forum.No-one can interfere with it as all they have is a download link,i've been using it for a while now & find it very useful.
