Great work Andy. She is coming along nicely.  On the bench 1/350 Revell Tirpitz Platinum Edition (Pontos PE and Wooden deck) plus extra Eduard PE set and extra MK1 door sets.

Hi Marc,Trev and Cris Thanks for looking in and your comments, I now have the correct diameter rope for the gun breaches so I can start on those, I 1st sent for 2.4 mm rope but it was two thick but good for the anchor cables so next I sent for the 1.7 mm which looks correct to my eye. I also now have half the Coronades [6] of the 12 that she carried I may get 1 more set as there may not be room on the bow deck area for 12. Trev the upper hull has been hand painted using admiralty paints dull black and yelloew ochre, Im not keen on that god awful beige there now saying was victorys colour at Trafalgar looks more like an undercoat before the Yellow ochre was put on   Regards Andy  Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Hi All Progress has been slow due to other projects but all the visible main deck guns have had there breaching ropes added. As a point of interest the length of these ropes is dictated by the length of the gun times three. Unfortunately I will be finishing the Akagi off next so work will stop on the eggs n bacon for now. Very nice work Andy I will look forward to seeing more of your Akagi, it's one I have been thinking about myself but just can't work out where I would put it yet
