continuing on with the wings, very careful not to crack or break the ribs,btw am finding the superglue gel the perfect glue if used sparingly, wished they had that around in my younger days.

Hi Karl,
Good start to the flyer, Karl you say that the Jetex are still available I have just built a Gloster Javelin and if I remember that's what powered it I think I used a Jetex 50 not the Scorpion, any links ?

Is there going to be any coating or protection for the tissue at all, like a laquer or something?

normally you would use dope and a dope type paint, but because of it's fragile materials that it is a risky thing to do on this model, and clear dope would destroy it by shrinkage even if thinned down.
