looking good dadokta. did you have any issues gluing the cockpit in. mine seems to have stuck now but didn't first time and when it came off first time it looked as though the glue hadn't even made contact where the back of the cockpit meets the back of the headplate? Hi Steve, yes i actually had problems glueing the cockpit as well. Had to try it twice. Even after the second time the cockpit sat about 0,2mm too far to the rear - which at first i thought wouldn`t be an issue. But it was an issue when adding the ground plate, which - as it is screwed onto the cockpit - also sat 0,2mm too far to the rear. With the cockpit already fixed i had to take away those 0,2mm at the end of the ground plate, to make it fit. Without knowing it, one can`t see any difference - so i`m content with the result of the little surgery. Greetings, DaDokta Greetings, Walter

Hi guys, i tried to enhance some parts of my build a little bit:
First i tried to add some depth to the gearbox, using the dry-brush-technique for the first time in my life. Also painted some of the bolts:Then i added the sponsor decals to the monocoque and painted the bolts
[size=8]Also some touches to the side boxes:DaDokta attached the following image(s): Greetings, Walter

Fabulous work DD and one of the better MP4/4 builds on here inmho, I love the heat-stained radiator tops!!
Love all the little extras you are adding and the detail painting is great. If I may suggest though - don't overdo the wear and tear and weathering on your model as these cars were nearly always kept in tip-top condition and cleanliness was usually the name of the game? I think subtle weathering is all it needs, anything more would just look wrong?
Great work nonetheless DD and well done, I'm looking forward to seeing more from you!!
